As a result of the reorganization of the former Soviet Industrial Geological Association "Zapkazgeologiya" (PGO "Zapkazgeologiya"), which included the Central Laboratory, on December 21, 1993, the Central Laboratory of PGO "Zapkazgeologiya" became an independent enterprise TOO "Aktobe Geological Laboratory", on the basis of which TOO "AGL-Aktobe" was later created.

TOO "AGL-Aktobe" is:
— A testing laboratory accredited in the accreditation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan to conduct laboratory tests in accordance with the scope of accreditation.
— Marketing department, selling and supplying chemical reagents, laboratory glassware, equipment, furniture and devices for analytical laboratories. And also producing chemical solutions of various concentrations for sale.

AGL-Aktobe LLP operates on the basis of the Charter, State licenses, Attestations and State Certificates.

The testing laboratory is equipped with modern equipment, spacious analytical rooms for laboratory research, highly qualified employees with extensive experience and professional experience.
The Marketing Department has spacious warehouses for storing dishes, chemical reagents, and a specialized warehouse for storing precursors. The Marketing Department specialists have adopted the experience of Russian companies OOO Labtekh (Moscow), ZAO Khimreaktivsnab (Ufa).
